Summer Fashion Show Luncheon - Sunday June 1st

                                    

We will be taking part in an important fashion event supporting the society for the welfare of horses. The charity takes all money donated to care for helpless horse and ponies that they rescue. One of their latest rescues was P.C Wilkie, shown in the image below, was found abandoned at only 2 weeks old.

The summer fashion show luncheon is in aid of this young pony and will be taking place at Quarry Farm, Skenfrith on Sunday 1st June 2014 at 12.30pm. 

The fashion show will feature some of our colourful creations as well as couture designers Charles & Patricia Lester, Coco Fennell, Jojo Maman Bebe and shoes by Lucy Choi.

Hay Festival 2014

The prestigious Hay Festival begins tomorrow in the small welsh town boasting a variety of events, including talks with Mary Berry, Jennifer Saunders and Judi Dench.

We first visited back into 2001 when Bill Clinton did a talk at the festival. He described it as 'The woodstock of the mind'

Afternoon Tea at the Castle House Hotel

Last week we visited the beautiful Castle House Hotel situated in Hereford for an afternoon tea event in aid of the Little Princess Trust. The charity provides young children suffering with hair loss with real hair wigs.

Anyone for madhatters' tea?

Sky TV visited the boutique last week and we decided to show them what a madhatter's tea party really looks like. Accompanying Sky was the well renowed photographer David Hurn who is currently shooting for a project as an elite Magnum Photographer. The delicious selection of cakes, sandwiches and crockery were kindly provided by Tea Guild Award winners, The Angel Hotel.
