Abergavenny Food Festival

An event that draws many from far and wide to enjoy an array of culinary surprises. An edible hat adorns the menu for such an occasion, last year saw an 'Alice in Wonderland' themed millinery creation. I'm sure the hat for 2011 will challenge this, let's wait and see!

Counting the days till Ascot

The summer season is here! The boutique is a frenzy with pieces for Ascot. The advice is to start hat shopping now! Especially if you want something spectacular for your day at the races. I hope you all are as excited as we are for the event, which always is a highlight of our summer calendar. Ascot is a place to go wild, so just do it!

Success!

Yesterday was a day enjoyed by all with show stopping hats causing quite a stir. Excited whispering in the crowds proved that this seasons Ascot collection is not one to be missed. Fashions ranged between 1900-1940 with a high abundance of colour, great for the summer season. Millinery was complemented well by the showcase of some incredible garments by Claire Tremlett using Watts of Westminster Fabric whom we greatly thank. Our thanks also go to Charles and Patricia Lester, Elliot J Freize and all those working behind the scenes on hair, makeup and dressing. A great success!!

It's the 'Ascot' time of year

After all the buzz of the royal wedding, we are all eager for our own time to get dressed up. What better place to do it than Royal Ascot.
